Vintage Planimeter Model #55-8427 Drafting Measuring Tool
Comes in the original cardboard box and case. The inside foam that holds the tool pieces in place is flaking a little bit and you will see it can be cleaned off the long piece. Item has all the pieces and the original instructions as well. I don't think this item has even been used as it was sitting in a closet for a REALLY LONG time. I am marking it as used since I don't know if it has been or not.
