Top does not include shirt for underneath bustier. This top has stretch and hugs in the right places. I took a picture of it without a shirt underneath so you are aware that it is a separate piece. Top is a light stone wash blue and each of their tops are one of a kind as they make them one at a time. Has a zipper in the front. Made of a cotton, polyester and spandex blend. Measurements are taken while laying flat - Pit to pit - 13.5", Hem to hollow - 9". Size is a juniors size Large but I believe it will also fit a size adult petite small (B/C cup).
