Handmade dress that could be for a junior or adult. Please see measurements for sizing. Dress is a unique white dot swirl pattern with lace and ribbon accents. Sleeves are normal to the elbow which bell out. The back of the dress has a silk ribbon that allows you to adjust the sizing. Handmade - One of a kind dress. Measurements are taken while laying flat - Hem to hollow - 30", Pit to pit - 17", Sleeve - 18" (with bell ends), Waist - 16.5", Waist down to end of skirt - 23", Shoulder to shoulder - 14".
